Want the software with ABDM already inside? That is Swastik HMS
The connector is for hospitals that keep their software and add ABDM to it. Some hospitals have no software to keep, or have outgrown it. For them we build the other thing too: Swastik HMS, a hospital management system for Indian hospitals with ABDM inside from day one, from the front desk to the blood bank, running on the same ABDM engine as this connector.
01 Which one
Connector or HMS: a one-question test
Do you want to keep the software your staff use today? If yes, the connector adds ABDM to it for a per-hospital subscription and nothing else changes. If no, or if there is no software yet, Swastik HMS gives you the whole hospital with ABDM built in. Either way it is the same company and the same ABDM engine, so you are not choosing between two vendors, only between two shapes.
Keep your software, add ABDM
Your HMIS, EMR or LIS stays. It calls one REST API; the connector speaks ABDM. From ₹2,999 per hospital a month, sandbox free.
New software, ABDM inside
A complete hospital management system with ABHA, record sharing and the registries already wired in. Priced by module.
A group with mixed sites
Some sites keep their software and connect; sites with none run Swastik HMS. One ABDM account, one audit trail, one contract.
02 Modules
Sixteen modules, chosen per hospital
A laboratory does not pay for wards, and a district hospital does not do without them.

03 ABDM inside
What the ABDM integration does in Swastik HMS
- ABHA
- Create or verify a patient’s ABHA at the front desk, from Aadhaar or mobile, and record it against the MRN. Milestone M1.
- Records
- OPD visits, discharge summaries, prescriptions and reports linked as care contexts and shared, encrypted and FHIR-formatted, when the patient consents. Milestone M2.
- Registries
- The facility registered in the Health Facility Registry and its practitioners in the Healthcare Professional Registry, with bridge linkage confirmed by ABDM.
- History
- Consent requests and record fetching from other providers (M3) through the shared connector, so a clinician sees the patient’s history from other hospitals.
- Incentive
- Every ABHA-linked visit is a transaction under NHA’s Digital Health Incentive Scheme; the HMS links them as a matter of routine. See the guide.
- Updates
- NHA’s API changes land in the shared engine once and reach every Swastik HMS site and every connector customer together.

What ABDM integration really costs, and why a connector is the cheaper way
Three ways to get a hospital onto ABDM: build it in-house, replace the HMIS with an ABDM-ready one, or connect what you run today. What each costs, how long it takes, who carries the next NHA change, and how the Swastik connector at Rs 2,999 per hospital compares.
We integrate your hospital with ABDM, end to end
No developer? Our engineers connect your existing HMIS, EMR or lab software to ABDM, register the facility in HFR and the doctors in HPR, take it through certification, train the desk and go live. A fixed-scope project, a dedicated developer by the month, or managed onboarding per facility.
ABDM compliance for hospitals, on the systems you run
What ABDM means for a hospital: an HFR identity per site, ABHA at the registration desk, discharge summaries and lab reports in patients' PHR apps, and consented history for clinicians — and how to get there without replacing your HMS or LIS.
Priced per hospital, not per patient
One ABDM integration, billed per hospital per month. Free sandbox with no card. ABHA, HIP linking, HIU consent, FHIR and the HFR/HPR registries on every paid plan.
